At Faith Viera Lutheran Church, we believe that discipleship happens as Christ’s gifts nurture faith in God’s children at every age and stage through the partnership of home and congregation.
We want to be a church that walks with individuals and families as God shapes faith through His Word, His promises, and the rhythms of daily life.
One of the ways we want to develop this cooperation is through our Faith at Home Milestones. These moments help mark how God is at work in your household, connecting life and faith in meaningful, memorable ways.
Start Here: Birth Through Youth
Beginning with Baptism, current milestones are directed toward discipling families with children and youth, equipping parents to have a strong foundation of faith at each developmental stage.
Through workshops, retreats, take-it-home practices and resources, and celebratory events in worship, participants will be supported and encouraged with other households at similar ages and stages as they learn about:

As families grow and young Christians enter adulthood, Faith at Home Milestones mark significant life stages such as engagement, marriage, parenting, empty nest, legacy building for the future, and departing this life with a confident confession in Christ.
